Born in 2017 as Casal de Barri and Casa de la Festa, Torre de la Sagrera is a project that contributes to community development and the social and cultural enrichment of the Sagrera neighborhood.
The tower has been known by several names over the years and, although the exact date of construction is unknown, it is documented as early as 1897. Since its creation, the house has served as a private residence, public school, air raid shelter and administrative building.
The Torre de la Sagrera has a permanent exhibition of the neighborhood's imagery: the Flying Dragon, the Sagresaur, the Sagresaureta, the giantess Sagrerina and the tadpoles Rata and Rocabruna.
