Choosing the right person to take care of your house is a crucial decision one makes. We use tools such as background checks, social media and online searches, comprehensive interviews, and reference checks to provide a complete picture of who we hire in order to make the most informed decisions. 

1. A personal interview with us to discuss the employee that you are looking for. 

We will put you in contact with one of our professional counselors to discuss your specific criteria. You will also be advised by one of our lawyers who will explain your legal obligations with your employee, the labor regulations in Spain, and the additional steps in hiring.

2. Screening Through our Candidates

We will begin looking thoroughly for candidates that match your requirements. One of our professionally-trained placement specialists will contact each reference and provide the references to your family.

3. Step-by-Step Guidance throughout the Hiring Process

We provide personalized guidance through all phases of the placement process. Our staff is in constant communication with both you and the candidates to assist with interviews and post meeting feedback. We assist with identifying appropriate salaries, and doing paperwork for the final contract.

4. Support to Both Families and Home Helpers

Our trained staff of professionals is always available to assist with any concerns that may arise during the placement process. Whether you or the home helper has any questions, we are available at any time during the course of employment.
