This homegrown organic and seasonal food store began in 2007 as a project by two passionate farmers and offers patrons a selection of local produce from trusted farmers, as well as a selection of the store’s own produce from their plot at Baix Llobregat Agricultural Park. With products certified as organic by the Catalan Council of Organic Production (CCPAE), Cal Rosset also partners with local cooperatives to help widen access to delicious foods created using sustainable growing methods.
