Xavier Rudd's unstoppable upward spiral can be described today as one of the most amazing success stories of our time. After more than 20 years of experience and international tours, his global fan base continues to grow, hanging the sold-out sign at his concerts in Japan, Europe, Canada and the US. Countless more popular artists have emerged and disappeared as a mirage during these two decades, while the flame of the Australian composer, multi-instrumentalist and performer continues to burn without fading, to offer a haven of serenity in a fast food world.

"I value the simple things in life," he says, shrugging his shoulders. "I value the community, the culture, our connection with the earth as human beings. I don't care too much about the other things. I believe that the roots of who we are, what our ancestral lines are and how those stories have shaped us are the most important things. And I guess I always celebrate those things in my music."
