With more than 500 tracks of its own and more than 70 albums edited, Toquinho is one of the greatest exponents of Brazilian music. He has achieved great successes all over the world such as "Acuarela," "Tarde me Itapo," "Samba pra Vinicius," "Tonga da Mironga do Kabuleté," "Samba de Orly" and "Samba da Benao."

His career is filled with essential collaborations such as the iconic live album En La Fusa with Vinicius de Moraes and Maria Creuza, as well as legends like Antonio Carlos Jobim, Chico Buarque and Elis Regina.
