Theater of Thought (USA, 2022) takes the audience on a provocative journey through the study of the mind and consciousness through the lens of legendary filmmaker Werner Herzog, challenging us to question whether we really have autonomy over our own thoughts, or whether, on the contrary, mind-controlling technology will inevitably be incorporated into our brains in the not-too-distant future. Gathering information and predictions from some of the best and most influential scientists, the film examines the ethical and existential effects of neurotechnology in an ever increasingly fast-moving world.

The film is a part of the Brain Film Festival at the CCCB, it will be screened in original version with Spanish subtitles.
