In this film, set in Arizona in the early 1960s, a young boy, Sammy Fabelman, caught between his eccentric mother and his pragmatic computer engineer father, discovers a shattering family secret. But he also discovers the power of film to help him tell stories and forge his own identity. A loosely autobiographical film about Steven Spielberg’s childhood and youth. Film will be screened in original version with Spanish subtitles.
The evening opens at 20:45 with live music with Dry Town. Dry Town is a band formed by musicians from different countries drawn together by their love of folk and traditional song. Their sound is a fusion of different genres, including folk, gospel and rock.
