The Sant Andreu Jazz Band has established itself as one of the most interesting projects in the recent history of Catalan jazz.
Their show Passing the Torch is a tribute to the past, present and future of jazz, with three of the founders of beloved but retired musical ensemble La Locomotora Negra (Marc Trepat, and the brothers Ricard and Toni Gili) as special guests of the big band directed by Joan Chamorro.
An orchestra through which more than 100 musicians will soon have passed, the San Andreu Jazz Band is a Barcelona institution. Don’t miss the chance to see them perform live at one of the city's most iconic venues.
