Marius Lauber has been on a lifelong journey back and forth between club and pop, two worlds that can't be understood without each other.

The transfer has been fluid and natural on records like True Romance and Polydans, which have been enough for the German to position himself among other experts when it comes to turning the dancefloor into a pop karaoke like Parcels, Hot Chip or Caribou. And lately he has even been seen in the studio with Nile Rodgers, two generations united on the single "Passion", another example of Lauber's talent for making hits that could work forty years ago and forty years from now.
