Media outlets including DJ Magazine, Mixmag and The Guardian have been singing the praises of Romare, the creative alias of the London musician and producer Archie Fairhurst, since he made his grand debut on the exquisite Ninja Tune label with Projections (2015).
He cut his teeth in his youth playing guitar and drums, and after moving to Paris he used that background to outline an amalgam of electronics, psychedelia, blues and heterodox jazz that has led him to become one of the most exciting musicians today. He comes to Piñata Music Series in a rigorous live format with the excellent EP Here Comes The Night (2024).
