Role Model rose to fame in 2017 with the release of a series of independent singles with the support of Benny Blanco. With these, he began to gain popularity and managed to release the EPs Oh, How Perfect and Our Little Angel. After accumulating hundreds of millions of streams and selling out concerts, he released his debut album, Rx (2022), in which he expressed how in love he was.

Now with his new album, Kansas Anymore, he explores heartbreak through a folk style, full of lyrics that reflect the warmth and comfort he seeks to convey. After two years of work and with viral singles such as "Deeply Still in Love" and "Frances," the album features productions by Noah Conrad, Ian Fitchuk, Scott Harris and Jonah Shy.
