Prick Up Your Ears directed by Stephen Frears in 1987 follows the life of the famous playwright Joe Orton his relationship with his lover, Kenneth Halliwell. It's a sour portrait of London homosexuality in the late 1960s and its falsely liberated morals.
Between the documentary, the reconstruction of the sixties, and the thriller, Frears offers a complex and fascinating film.
Film will be screened in English with Catalan subtitles.
