The Pretenders, the English-American post-punk rock band led by Chrissie Hynde, return with Relentless, their fourteenth studio album, a long-awaited work that saw the light of day last September. The album’s twelve tracks feature what Chrissie describes as “The Pretenders Collective.” The band currently consists of Chrissie Hynde (vocals and guitar), James Walbourne (guitars), Kris Sonne (drums), Chris Hill (double bass), Dave Page (bass) and Carwyn Ellis (keyboards and guitars) and Relentless is a current reflection of where they are right now. With the impulsiveness and rebellious attitude that defines the band's rock spirit the Pretenders will return to the stage, brilliant and at their best live.
