The Premis ADI showcases the winning products of the Delta Awards, ADI Medals and ADI Cultura Awards, which recognize outstanding work in the industrial design industry. It encompasses three main areas: the professional world, the academic world and the cultural field. In the professional world, the Delta Awards are given to designers and manufacturing companies. In the academic world, the ADI Medals are given to young students for their final Degree or Master's projects. Finally, in the cultural field, the ADI Cultura Awards are given to projects that promote and update the social and conceptual nature of industrial design.
The exhibition is organized based on a series of itineraries that link the objects to concepts, including gesture and mediation, value, utility, identity, power, beauty, privilege, offering, vulnerability and hypocrisy. With an emphasis on showcasing the ADI Awards, the exhibition demonstrates the good practice of the profession and the industry through the materialization of objects that bring value to people while taking care of the environment.
