This experimental group has created a contemporary jazz show with songs written by saxophonist and band leader Perico Sambeat himself, as well as with compositions and arrangements by members of the ensemble.

Sambeat has previously performed alongside great musical figures on the Catalan scene such as Brad Mehldau, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Tete Montoliu, Michael Brecker, Pat Metheney, Dave Douglas and Enrique Morente, among many others. Since September 2022, Sambeat has lead a creative project with eight young musicians from Taller de Músics ESEM, under the name of Perico Sambeat & Taller de Músics Ensemble.

Don’t miss this concert of joint musical experimentation and innovation on the rooftop of Barcelona’s La Pedrera.
