Summer nights, if you've seen Grease (1978), you know they're unforgettable; the warmth, the time with friends and family and the fun all ensure that summer evenings stay with us forever.

L'illa Diagonal offers another way to remember your summer with an open air cinema every Thursday from June 29 to July 27, 2023 where you can enjoy a movie in the Jardines Sant Joan de Déu. With a different film showing each week, there's sure to be something for everyone. Films are screened in original version with Spanish subtitles.

Pack your own picnic to enjoy during the showing, or if you're short on time you can pick up take-away at one of L'illa restaurants and settle in for a summer evening with family and friends. Tickets must be purchased in advance online at the L'illa website. General admission is €4.00 and if you would like a lawn chair it's an additional €2.00.
