The solemn, compact overture to La Clemenza di Tito (The Clemency of Titus) is a quintessential example of one of the most celebrated traits in Mozart's music: the nobility of the human spirit.
The same might also be said of his Violin Concerto No. 3, even though it was written in his youth. It is a dynamic piece that reflects the gallant mood of the time. These and other key pieces from the great composer’s body of work will be performed by the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra (OBC) with Nicola Benedetti (violin soloist) and Lionel Bringuier as conductor.
