New Tango Project was born in 2016 with the aim of fusing the genres of jazz and tango from a new perspective, through original compositions. With a lineup that has been maintained since its beginnings (Darío Polonara: bandoneón, Federico Salgado: double bass, Ramiro Rosa: drums and Guido Di Blasi: electric guitar and composition), the group revisits the roots of Argentine music and the essence of jazz, managing to build its own identity, a modern sound that respects and is nourished by these inspiring genres.
