The sixth edition of the Museum Quiz Summer Tour is a team trivia quiz (in Catalan) that takes place every Wednesday from July 6th to 27th at four Barcelona museums: the Archaeology Museum of Catalonia, the Barcelona Botanical Garden, the Barcelona Maritime Museum and the Barcelona Center for Contemporary Culture (CCCB). The event on the 27th will be at the CCCB.
The Museum Quiz Summer Tour is inspired by the pub quiz, a popular activity undertaken by many Brits which has had enormous success around the world. Three rounds of ten questions, some of which will be about the theme of each of the museums, will be asked by a quizmaster, who will host and facilitate a session in a relaxed atmosphere which includes a bar.
To take part in the Museum Quiz Summer Tour, you must be over 18, sign up as a team (minimum 4 people and a maximum 6 people) and be ready to have fun and experience the magic of museums at night. Prior registration is essential to take part. Each group should have its own team name and can sign up for a maximum of two sessions.
All proceeds will go to the NGO Proactiva Open Arms.
