Eclectic singer-songwriter and actress Macy Gray is back in top form with an inspired new album The Reset and inside a new performance heading her own band, The California Jet Club.
Produced by Tommy Parker, the record reveals 360 degrees of Macy Gray at her best in lyrical introspection and vocal exuberance. Songs range from Macy's trademark vulnerable intimacy on the lead single, "Thinking of You" to the epic orchestral ballad "You Got Away," and from the festive and sexy circus of "Bottom to the Top" to the emphatic sung elevation of "Every Night", with the special guest, the rapper Maino.
