One of the most acclaimed saxophonists on the European jazz scene, the Dutchman Jasper Boom brings his latest project to the Mas i Mas Festival in Barcelona. 

He has collaborated with figures of the stature of Chet Baker, Lee Konitz, George Duke, Nat Adderley, Dave Liebman and Bob Brookmeyer, in addition to leading projects with Jesse van Ruller, Nils Woogram and Pablo Held, among others. A teacher at the Amsterdam Conservatory, he has been a teacher of performers such as those who make up this group; that is, musicians who also form a part of the Dutch scene. At Mas i Mas 2022 they will present a repertoire of their own songs, composed by different members of this ad hoc quintet. 

They present two sets at Jamboree Jazz Club in Plaça Reial.
