Japan Weekend is the biggest Japanese culture event in Spain, celebrating all things anime, manga and video games. The weekend will consist of cosplay competitions, karaoke, food stands, martial arts exhibitions and talks regarding Japanese culture.
Highlights include the CoverFest Exhibition featuring 20-24 performances with covers and choreographies of Kpop, Jpop, Cpop and Tpop; the Retro Weekend zone, where video game and console enthusiasts will find those hard-to-find items alongside free games, exhibitions and activities for all audiences; the Idol Festival, with idol-themed series and video games cosplayers; and, of course, the Nordic Cosplay Championship (NCC) competition.
