On the first weekend in March, la Fira de la Botifarra will once again take to the streets of La Garriga!
The 12th annual celebration this year will once again include a gastronomic tasting space that will integrate activities, music and shows.
The ButiAula offers tasting sessions of beer, wine, cold cuts and cheeses; the ButiKids has a program of children's activities; and the ButiTast in Plaça de l'Església where visitors can taste the sausage from local butchers and local restaurants offer local dishes.
The ButiFira market also returns with 40 stalls of artisan goods including cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, breads, ratafia and spirits, beers, cakes, dairy products, pastries, jams, herbs, honeys, wines, cavas, and, obviously, the Garriga sausage.
