Thomas Sneed CPA, CFA is Principal at Wicklow Tax Advisors. He has lived in Barcelona over 20 years, and has been helping fellow Americans in Barcelona keep up with their US tax filing obligations at Wicklow for eight years. He has a Masters from the University of South Carolina.
