Once again, Ripoll plays host to the European Cheese Fair, an event that brings together cheese producers from the region and from across the continent. At the fair, in addition to cheese, you can also find outlets for related products, such as wine and beer. This fair welcomes many of the best European and regional cheese producers, with tastings and activities around the food, this fair also includes a spectacular themed dinner with products from each territory accompanied by musical performances.

Cheeses can be bought and tasted each day. Participants can buy cheese, jam or a drink and some bars offer tastings of craft beers from Ripollès Minera and lovers of viticulture will have the option of enjoying wines from the DO Empordà.
