As one of jazz's greatest violinists, the name of Stéphane Grappelli has accompanied Èlia Bastida since her beginnings. With the launch of her album Tribute to Stéphane Grappelli, she has sought to offer her unique view of this musician whom she has defined variously as lyrical, passionate, gifted, technical, meticulous and romantic.
