The Mostra de Cheese Artesans de Catalunya celebrates artisan cheeses of Catalunya with the participation of more than 20 artisan dairies.

Visitors can taste a wide variety of Catalan cheeses, learn about the different methods of production and maturation, as well as participate in educational activities related to cheese and gastronomy. You'll find cooking demonstrations, cheese pairings with wine from Batlliu and artisan beers from Pallars, workshops and conferences given by experts in the field, children's activities, live performances and a market featuring artisan cheeses and other locally made goods.

The fair takes place in the town of Sort, in the Pallars Sobirà comarca (county).
