Carma Casulá, the recipient of the Antoni Vila Casas Photography Prize 2023, presents a photographic project exploring Spain's nature reserves, focusing on the impacts of both natural and human factors. Through her work, she critically examines the exploitation of these protected areas, often sought out by urban dwellers for relaxation and connection with nature. Casulá's research sheds light on the degradation caused by high visitor numbers and the efforts to mitigate this damage.

The exhibition showcases selected works from her series Al Natural and Al Natural_PRS, which delve into the Parque Regional del Sureste in the southeastern area of the Community of Madrid.
