Barcelona Women Acceleration Week (BWAW) invites us to reflect on the visibility of women in key areas for the economy. Created to accelerate gender equality to help achieve full participation and equal opportunities for women in the industrial sector locally and globally, different panels will address topics such as gender equality in the legal field; women in industry 4.0; the figure of women in the audiovisual environment; parity in large corporations and the public sector; professional growth and retraining; human resources management and the visibility of female talent in programing, pharmaceuticals and health.

All of this, hand in hand with speakers with extensive experience and a long professional careers, who will analyze the reality of their respective sectors, their achievements and the main obstacles that they encounter in their daily lives on the path to equality.

A a panel of 60 top-level national and international speakers, will propose solutions that allow progress in terms of parity, equal opportunities and promotion of women in the industrial and business field.

The list of distinguished professionals includes Pilar Paneque, Undersecretary of Finance of the Ministry of Finance; Marta Serrano, general secretary of Infrastructure and Land Transportation; Susana Ferrer, vice dean of ICAB; Eva Rosell, CEO of Barcelona Health Hub; Anna Sánchez, CIO and member of the executive committee of Volkswagen Group Spain Distribution; Enrique Tomás, founder and director of Enrique Thomas; Tomas Flier, regional diversity and inclusion manager for EMEA at Google; Georgina Flamme, director of institutional relations, communication and sustainability Abertis and director of the Abertis Foundation; Laura Fernández, partner and producer at Filmax; Joan Roca, executive president of RocaJunyent; Mónica Jiménez, general director TM2 and Meritxell Bautista, president of Manix Capital.

BWAW is a hybrid event with a physical event that will be broadcast live.
