The members of this multi-generational, multinational, all-female jazz super group number among some of today's best jazz players. Originating from different countries, they came together for the first time to tour European jazz festivals in the summer of 2017. They decided to call themselves Artemis after the Greek goddess, daughter of Zeus and twin sister of Apollo, and in 2020 they published their first album with a selection of their own compositions and arrangements of other musicians' melodies which has been universally acclaimed by critics. Three years on, they have published In Real Time, which stands out for the group's skill in improvising and talent in composition.
